Nerang Station
Complete public toilet renovations to client’s specification in male, female and disabled concourse toilets along with male, female and disabled platform toilets. This consisted of removing all partitions and linings them with an anti-graffiti, anti-vandalism glasboard sheeting and fabricating custom aluminium channels and capping to account for increased partition wall and door thickness.
Other duties included industrial cleaning and water blasting, interior and exterior painting, custom joinery, converting a storage room into a new cleaner’s room, installation of artwork during SCAS Closure, tile & paver repairs, as well as handrail fabrication and installation.

Celebrity Ink Tattoo is a high-end tattoo studio that maintains global standards of excellence – and the Celebrity Ink Tattoo Coomera and Highpoint locations were built by ACG with just the same concept in mind. Its sleek, modern design included a full storefront fit-out, including high-end fixtures and fittings throughout all stores.
ACG installed a pre-finished ceiling to the station’s entry concourse and pedestrian over bridge. Installed 12mm pre-finished cladding to the main station building, ticket booth and shop walls. Complete public toilet renovation for male, female and disabled toilets. Installation of 12mm pre-finished cladding to platform stair faces and columns. Completed roofing and custom stainless steel flashing installation.
ACG Director Deane Wyldman personally project managed the development of this display suite, from assisting with the design stage, to land clearing, to handover. Tasks included surveying and land clearing, earthworks including landfill, and compaction and levelling of the block of land. Additionally, ACG ensured the installation of custom timber decking surrounding the building, and supplied and installation of custom kitchen cabinetry/joinery. ACG also created custom handrails and disability ramp access for Hayfield, along with the implementation of hard and soft landscaping. Installation of an asphalt road, full car park and perimeter fencing were also completed.

EMF Fitness Centers at these locations boast state-of-the art training facilities, complete with high altitude training, 25m swimming pools and suspended yoga/hot yoga. Featured rooms in the fitness centers include high altitude rooms with self-adjusting nitrogen feeds, boxing studio, spin studio, reformer pilates studio, crossfit area, yoga studio, bar room/dance studio, daycare areas, high altitude swimming pool, male/female/family change rooms with 10 showers and sauna/steam room, as well as a full café, providing snacks and other refreshments.
